Meet the Dentist

Dr. Myers has been providing exceptional dental care to Utah families for more than four decades. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1984 before completing a General Practice Residency in Hospital Dentistry at the Naval Hospital in San Diego. Following his residency, Dr. Myers proudly served two additional years in the United States Navy, stationed in Adak, Alaska.

After completing his military service, Dr. Myers established his private practice in Salt Lake City, where he built a reputation for delivering compassionate, comprehensive dental care. He later joined Professional Dental working in multiple locations and then buying Dr Gerald Berg's office at Summit View Dental & Wellness Center and Wellness in 2023.

As an experienced general dentist, Dr. Myers enjoys every aspect of dentistry, including cosmetic dentistry, crowns and bridges, tooth-colored restorations, oral surgery, dental implants, and endodontics. His current professional focus is on NightLase®, an innovative, non-surgical and non-invasive approach to treating snoring and airway issues that reflects his commitment to improving both oral health and overall wellness.

Known for his gentle approach and dedication to patient-centered care, Dr. Myers believes that every patient deserves personalized treatment, honest communication, and the highest standard of clinical excellence. His passion for dentistry is driven by one simple goal: providing the best possible care while helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles that last a lifetime.

Outside the office, Dr. Myers enjoys spending time with his wife, Cherilyn, their seven children, and thirty grandchildren. In his spare time, he can often be found fly fishing or enjoying a good book.

Dr. Trish is a native of Canada and began her dental career as a Dental Hygienist at the College of New Caledonia in Prince George, British Columbia. After several years, she decided to pursue dentistry and obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Toronto. She has been involved in a variety of community volunteer programs over the years including Big Brothers Big Sisters and dental outreach programs abroad. Dr. Trish loves being a dentist and is committed to making her patients feel better about themselves by creating beautiful smiles and improving their oral health. She values the quality relationships formed with her patients. Her experience, gentleness and compassion towards her patients is unparalleled. Outside of dentistry she enjoys a passion for the outdoors, time with friends and family, traveling, snowboarding, hiking, photography and running.
